Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Funding should be clear and controlled. This policy explains supported methods, review checks, proof requirements, and the risks of irreversible transfers.

Supported methods

Available methods may include crypto, wire transfer, bank transfer, card, eGift, or third-party payment options. Not every method is available in every region, and some methods may be shown as coming soon, under onboarding, or requiring direct support.

Crypto deposits

You must send only the supported asset on the supported network shown in the app. Sending the wrong asset, wrong network, wrong memo, wrong tag, or wrong amount can cause permanent loss. Blockchain confirmations, network congestion, and review checks may delay crediting.

Proof and review

The platform may request transaction hashes, screenshots, bank receipts, payment references, or other evidence before crediting a deposit or approving a withdrawal. Reviews may be manual or automated and may be delayed if information is incomplete.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for account security, fraud prevention, sanctions, compliance, balance availability, open positions, network support, and address accuracy. Approval does not remove blockchain or third-party processing risk.

Irreversible transactions

Blockchain transactions and some payment actions cannot be reversed. Users should verify addresses, networks, amounts, tags, memos, fees, and recipient details before submitting any transfer.

Third-party processors

Where a third-party processor is used, that processor may apply its own fees, limits, availability checks, identity requirements, settlement times, chargeback rules, or refusal reasons.
