Privacy Notice

Open Trader aims to collect only the information needed to operate the platform, secure accounts, support users, and meet legal and operational responsibilities.

Information we may collect

  • Account details such as name, email address, phone number, login activity, and role or account status.
  • Profile, KYC, verification, document, and compliance information where required for platform access.
  • Trading, position, funding, balance, deposit, withdrawal, wallet, transaction, and support activity.
  • Technical data such as device, browser, session, IP, security logs, error logs, and preference data.
  • Messages, attachments, links, screenshots, and other content you submit through support or complaints.

How we use information

We use information to provide the platform, maintain account security, process support requests, review deposits and withdrawals, investigate suspicious activity, maintain records, improve reliability, communicate service updates, and comply with legal or operational requirements.

Sharing and processors

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, email, support, storage, analytics, security, market data, payment processing, compliance, and infrastructure. We do not publish sensitive user information in public documentation and do not sell personal information as a product.

Where marketing analytics are enabled, they are limited to public pages and consent-based, non-sensitive events such as page views, signup funnel steps, support opens, blog views, and product-interest clicks. This may include public-site tags or pixels used for aggregate marketing measurement. Open Trader does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, balances, trade symbols tied to users, deposit amounts, withdrawal addresses, KYC data, or client IDs to public-site analytics.

Retention

Records may be retained for as long as needed for account operation, security, dispute handling, compliance, legal defence, audit, and business continuity. Some records may need to be retained after an account is closed.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of personal information where applicable. Some requests may be limited by security, legal, compliance, recordkeeping, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Security

We use technical and organisational controls intended to protect user information. No system is perfectly secure, and users remain responsible for device security, account credentials, wallet details, and safe communication.
